Idon't see any examples of PDF files converted to Excel. The developer should show before and after images so that we can judge whether this program is worth even bothering with.

The only image on their site is of a Excel spreadsheet, but it bears no link to a PDF docum, ent - all the cells are filled with numbers not text which you'd expect when converting most PDF documents.

Include an integrated help file with the program, not one that points you to the developers site - what if the user is offline, how then do they access help

How long is the developer going to take before conversion is 100% accurate - they admit it isn't yet, but I'd like to know approximately when they will have cracked the problems they are having now.

The message reads: The file you are trying to open (.name of file....) is in a different format than specified by the file extension. Verify that the file is not corrupt and is from a trusted source before opening the file. You can then...

Get rid of the getting started page on the GUI, after the first few time it gets annoying. At least include a toggle so that you can turn it off.

Include a full suite of PDF converters ie to the full Office suite as opposed to just one part of it. At the price you quote for a single converter it's going to cost hundreds to purchase a full suite of converters. Such a rip off
